Andy Pearson wins the P1 race!
In the inaugural CCGP at Rivers Edge Raceway Andy Pearson took the pole position in P1 in his Specialty Engineering built GT1 Camaro and never looked back. He led flag to flag to and took home the victory!
An impressive grid of racing cars line the track
In P2 race, Collin Jackson in his Nissan 240SX was on pole position followed closely by team mate Dave Humphrey and Harry Watson in his turbocharged Mazda Miata started 5th. Tim Brown in his Specialty modified Cobra R qualified 4th in P1 race.
Heading to Victory lane
The track remained dry as the race started. Specialty Engineering's own Andy Pearson led the entire way to win the P1 race. The fall weather did however reek havok with four of the other Specialty Engineering built cars, as leaves from the trees filled the radiators. Pit stops were required to clean the leaves and ultimately forced Tim Brown out of the race.
Trophy presentations
Ross Bently took the win in the P2 race with Dave Humphrey coming in 2nd and Collin Jackson 3rd. Harry Watson finish up with a 7th place finish in P2 race.
Double Teamed!
